missing the imports in the source file so the ‘finished’ files do not even run. Even after adding the imports, it did not work.

Hello sorry to trouble you but would really appreciate it if you could help me out.

I have followed and downloaded the source to the post you made on Adobe AIR & Flash Tutorial

Everything works but I keep getting these error messages when I press the ‘+’ button after I try and add more contacts:

Error: Error #3104: A SQLConnection must be open to perform this operation.
at Error$/throwError()
at flash.data::SQLStatement/checkAllowed()
at flash.data::SQLStatement/checkReady()
at flash.data::SQLStatement/execute()
at air_db_fla::MainTimeline/retrieveData()[air_db_fla.MainTimeline::frame1:41]

Is there any simple resolution to this?

It looks like you didn’t open a connection to the database : conn.openAsync(dbFile); Try downloading the finished source files and compare it to the one you have.

I find your tutorial very interesting but it throws an error :
